Warming Trends® warrants each CROSSFIRE® Brass Burner to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for life. This warranty is transferable and includes repair, replacement, or refund if the burner fails to perform. Improper installation, misuse, or modifications void the warranty. Ignition Systems – Residential Use
- Platinum Ignition: 3 years
- Mercury Ignition: 3 years
- Push Button Ignition (AON only): 1 year
- 24VIK / 3VIK: 1 year full + 2-year limited
- P24VIK: 3 years
Labor not included. Warranty void if used with incompatible parts. Ignition Systems – Commercial Use
All systems (Platinum, Mercury, Push Button, 24VIK, 3VIK, P24VIK) are covered for 1 year. Labor is not included. Warranty void if used with unauthorized parts or improper setup. AON Fire Tables
- Structural Warranty: 3 years (Residential), 1 year (Commercial)
- Powder Coat Finish: 12 months
Fading, scratches, or damage to lid corners are considered normal wear. Exclusions & Requirements
- Do not submerge electronics
- Keep all burners and electronics covered when not in use
- Warranty void if installed without proper ventilation (2" minimum clearance) Contact
