Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within the continental USA.

All orders ship free within the continental United States—no minimums and no additional shipping charges.

4. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.

Weekend/Holiday Orders: Processed the next business day.

5. Transit Time

Delivery Timeframe: Transit times vary by destination and carrier, typically ranging from 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Carriers: Transit estimates apply across all carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight partners).

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Estimated at 3–9 business days, including processing and transit time.

Tracking Info: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

7. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Carriers: We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and various freight partners.

Insurance: All shipments are insured against loss or damage.

8. Freight Shipping

Some of our larger or heavier items ship via freight. Here’s what to expect during the freight delivery process:

  • Appointment Required: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date and time. Your item will not ship until the appointment is confirmed.
  • Delivery Windows: Appointments are scheduled Monday–Friday in delivery windows (e.g., 8 AM–12 PM or 12 PM–4 PM). Specific delivery times (e.g., 9:15 AM) cannot be guaranteed.
  • Be Present at Delivery: You or an authorized adult must be at the delivery location to receive and sign for the item.
  • Curbside Delivery: Delivery is curbside only. The driver will lower the item via liftgate to the driveway or nearest accessible area. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the item onto the property.
  • Inspect Upon Arrival: Before signing, inspect the shipment thoroughly. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. This is required to file a damage claim.
  • Accurate Contact Info: Please ensure your phone number at checkout is correct. Missed calls from the freight carrier may delay your delivery.
  • Original Packaging Required: Keep all packaging, including the pallet. Returns without original materials may be denied or incur restocking fees.

10. Delivery Issues

10.1 Delays or Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us for assistance.

10.2 Damaged Packages

Report any shipping damage within 2 business days (Monday–Friday) of delivery. Please include photos so we can assist you promptly. For freight items, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

11. Missing Items

Notify us within 2 business days (Monday–Friday) of delivery if any items are missing. We’ll send replacements or issue a refund as needed.

12. Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items

If an item becomes unavailable post-purchase, we’ll notify you with options: wait, substitute, or refund.
