Price Match Policy

Effective Date: July 30, 2025

1. Our Commitment

At All Season Patio, we’re committed to offering competitive pricing on premium outdoor living products. If you find the same item at a lower price from an authorized retailer at the time of purchase, we’ll match it.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, all of the following must apply:

• The product must be identical — same brand, model number, configuration, and finish
• The price must be offered by a U.S.-based authorized retailer
• The item must be new, in stock, and available for immediate shipment
• The lower price must be published online or available in a publicly advertised listing

3. Exclusions

• Prices from unauthorized sellers (e.g., third-party Amazon, eBay, Craigslist)
• Open-box, used, refurbished, clearance, or closeout items
• Pricing that involves coupons, rebates, bundles, loyalty programs, or membership-exclusive discounts
• Shipping, tax, or handling fees
• Typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or below-cost pricing
• Products with manufacturer-enforced minimum advertised pricing (MAP) where a lower sale price is not permitted

4. When to Request a Match

Price match requests must be submitted at the time of purchase. Requests made after checkout are not eligible.

5. How to Request a Price Match

Email us at support@allseasonpatio.com with the following details:

• Your full name and contact information
• Product name or All Season Patio order number
• Link to the competitor’s product page
• Screenshot of the lower price (if available)

We will verify the information and respond within 1 business day.

6. Additional Terms

• Valid for one price match per item per customer
• Price match cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers
• Applies only to products shipping within the continental U.S.
• We reserve the right to deny any price match request that does not meet the above criteria

7. Legal Notice

This policy is subject to change without notice. By submitting a request, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above. All Season Patio reserves the right to determine final price match eligibility at its sole discretion.
