Refund and Return Policy

At All Season Patio, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Product Condition: Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Method: Returns must be sent back by mail to our return center.

Return Label: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange their own shipping label.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products.

To exchange an item, please first return the original product following the return process above.

Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs.

  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for the return or exchange
