2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • New, unused, and uninstalled
  • In original packaging with all accessories and manuals
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipments must be sent within 14 days of approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, installed, or assembled items
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

3. How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return. Photos may be requested for review.
  3. Once approved, we’ll send you the return authorization and return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Freight returns: May require photo documentation and must be palletized. Shipping quotes will be provided before return approval.

5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, based on item condition, packaging, and manufacturer requirements.

6. Refunds
