How big does my ledge need to be for the Signature Chair?
You need room for its 43.5" length and 20" width. It can fit a ledge as small as 2 ft depending on the angle, but Ledge recommends at least 3 ft.
Does it have a cup holder?
No. Pair it with an in-pool side table or ice basin to keep drinks within reach.
Can I add a headrest pillow?
Headrest pillows are not recommended for the upright chairs. The high back already supports your neck.
What water depth is it for?
0 to 9 inches. Signature Chair Risers extend it to 20 inches.
Is it safe for vinyl liner pools?
Yes. Ledge in-pool furniture has smooth, rounded edges with no sharp corners, so it is safe on vinyl liners as well as gunite, plaster, pebble, tile and fiberglass. It works in chlorine, saltwater and bromine pools. Avoid dragging it across the deck, which can scuff the resin.
How do I clean the Signature Chair?
Wipe everyday messes away with water and a soft bristle brush or cloth. Use a calcium remover for calcium buildup, and a mild household cleaner about once a month for a deeper clean.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada at this time.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and orders placed before 2 PM EST start processing the same day. Orders don't process or ship on weekends or holidays, so anything placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend starts processing the next business day. In-stock items usually arrive within 3-9 business days.
Some products are made to order and take longer. When that's the case, the lead time is listed on the product page.
How does freight delivery work?
Larger items ship by freight. Here's what to expect:
- The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, Monday to Friday
- Someone 18 or older needs to be there to receive and sign for it
- Delivery is curbside, lowered by liftgate to your driveway or nearest accessible spot
- Please double check your phone number at checkout so you don't miss the carrier's call
