Hand-crafted in Anaheim, California from heavy-duty 16-gauge 304 stainless steel and backed by a lifetime warranty on the welded body, grates, warming rack, and burners.

This configuration features 3 25,000 BTU Trellis Burners™ delivering 75,000 BTUs of total main burner output, plus a 14,000 BTU ceramic infrared top burner with Salamander positioning for rotisserie, broiling, and finishing. Cooking is done across 647 sq. in. of primary grilling surface on patented 5/16″ laser-cut DiamondCut™ grates.
