This configuration features 1 Trellis Burner + 1 Ceramic Infrared Sear Burner delivering 50,000 BTUs of total main burner output, plus a 12,000 BTU ceramic infrared top burner with Salamander positioning for rotisserie, broiling, and finishing. Cooking is done across 519 sq. in. of primary grilling surface on patented 5/16″ laser-cut DiamondCut™ grates.
