The Hestan 24-Inch Built-In Power Burner is the outdoor-kitchen upgrade for serious cooks. A single high-BTU burner purpose-built for wok hei stir-fries, crab and crawfish boils, stock pot work, paella, and griddle cooking when paired with the optional AGGPPB griddle plate (sold separately). The kind of burner that handles the jobs a standard side burner cannot.

Hand-crafted in Anaheim, California from 304 stainless steel. Available in five signature Hestan color finishes — Steeletto (stainless), Prince (blue), Pacific Fog (graphite), Stealth (black), and Matador (red).
