A high-quality brass burner delivers 25,000 BTU of cooking power — 67% more than the base model — through a slide-in installation that sits flush with your island face plate. A raised cooking grate improves airflow around the burner for more even heating, and the included removable wok ring gives you a stable platform for round-bottomed woks, making it ideal for stir-frying, deep frying, boiling large volumes, or any high-heat secondary cooking that demands real BTU output. The stainless steel cover protects the burner when not in use. LP (60018) connects to your grill's supply; NG (60019) operates independently. Optional finishing frame available (Item 93008).
