Two 18,000 BTU stainless steel U-Burners pump 36,000 BTUs across 462 square inches of heavy-duty flat-top cooking surface for even, wall-to-wall heat that's ideal for smash burgers, breakfast feasts, seared vegetables, stir-fries, and more. Control panel lighting, Flame Thrower ignition, and a slide-out drip tray make it easy to cook and easy to clean.
