The Blaze Professional Built-In Power Burner is a high-output burner designed for rapid boiling, frying, and large-pot cooking in an outdoor kitchen. Its efficient design is built to bring water to a boil faster than typical power burners, while the narrow footprint helps preserve counter space for other accessories.
A stainless steel guard surrounds the burner rings to help protect them from wind and concentrate heat for maximum efficiency. The Professional model also includes illuminated control knobs for improved visibility at night, along with push-and-turn ignition, a removable stainless steel cover, a full-width drip tray for easier cleanup, and a power transformer for the lighting system.
