The Blaze LTE PRO 40″ Built-In Gas Griddle is a heavy-duty flat-top built for premium outdoor kitchens, combining reinforced stainless steel construction, advanced temperature monitoring, and upgraded LTE PRO styling. Designed for serious outdoor cooking, it offers a spacious cooking surface, precise multi-zone control, and practical grease management for everyday use.
This griddle uses 3 stainless steel U-shaped burners producing 15,000 BTUs per burner for a total of 45,000 BTUs across a 657 sq. in. cooking surface. A Push N’ Turn FlameThrower ignition system, Flashtube secondary ignition, integrated leveling screws, front-positioned drip tray, and enhanced digital controller with 3 cooking zone readouts and 3 meat probe inputs help deliver reliable performance and better control. Available in Natural Gas (BLZ-GRID40-NG) or Liquid Propane (BLZ-GRID40-LP).

- Confirm cut-out dimensions before building or installing.
- Install only in a non-combustible outdoor kitchen enclosure, or use an insulated jacket if surrounding construction is combustible.
- This appliance requires a 1″ air gap underneath for proper airflow and heat management.
- Maintain at least 18″ clearance from the sides and back to adjacent combustible materials.
- Do not install under overhead combustible construction. For non-combustible overhead construction, a properly sized vent hood is required/recommended per the manual.
- Make sure the selected gas type matches the installed fuel connection, regulator setup, and accessible shutoff valve.
- Use a 15-amp GFI-protected power source for the digital controller and LED lighting system.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada at this time.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and orders placed before 2 PM EST start processing the same day. Orders don't process or ship on weekends or holidays, so anything placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend starts processing the next business day. In-stock items usually arrive within 3-9 business days.
Some products are made to order and take longer. When that's the case, the lead time is listed on the product page.
How does freight delivery work?
Larger items ship by freight. Here's what to expect:
- The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, Monday to Friday
- Someone 18 or older needs to be there to receive and sign for it
- Delivery is curbside, lowered by liftgate to your driveway or nearest accessible spot
- Please double check your phone number at checkout so you don't miss the carrier's call

Do I need a professional to install it?
Many products can be set up yourself. For anything involving a natural gas line, hardwired electrical or built-in installation, we recommend a licensed professional and checking your local codes.
