- This appliance is for outdoor use only. Do not install or operate it in a garage, building, or other enclosed area.
- Built-in installation must be done in a non-combustible enclosure. If the island is made from combustible materials, an insulated jacket is required.
- Maintain at least 16" clearance from the sides and 16" from the back to combustible materials.
- The island cavity must be adequately ventilated to support combustion and help prevent gas buildup.
- Always ensure the gas supply line, shutoff valve, regulator, and connections remain accessible after installation.
- Leak test all gas connections before first use and before each use using a soapy water solution. Never test for leaks with an open flame.
- Never light or operate the burner with the stainless steel cover in place.
- Use caution when lighting. If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn it off and wait 5 minutes before trying again.
