The Blaze 30″ Built-In Gas Griddle LTE expands your outdoor cooking setup with a dedicated flat-top cooking surface, even heat distribution, and durable stainless steel construction. Designed for built-in outdoor kitchens, it combines reliable ignition, straightforward grease management, and a protective stainless steel lid for everyday grilling and griddle-style cooking.
This griddle uses 2 commercial-quality 304 stainless steel U-shaped burners producing 18,000 BTUs per burner for a total of 36,000 BTUs across a 495 sq. in. cooking surface. A push-and-turn Flame-Thrower ignition system, backup flash tube secondary ignition, and cross tubes help provide dependable startup, while the full-width grease trough and drip tray make cleanup easier. Available in Natural Gas (BLZ-GRIDDLE-LTE-NG) or Liquid Propane (BLZ-GRIDDLE-LTE-LP).

- Install in a non-combustible outdoor kitchen enclosure.
- If the outdoor kitchen is constructed of combustible materials, an insulated jacket is required.
- Ensure the island cavity is adequately vented and maintain minimum clearances of 14″ from the sides and 16″ from the back to adjacent combustible surfaces.
- The control panel is removable for service and must remain accessible. Do not seal around the control panel.
- Make sure the selected gas type matches the installed fuel connection, regulator setup, and shutoff valve.
