The Blaze 26″ Outdoor Gas Oven with Rotisserie is a versatile outdoor cooking appliance designed for pizza baking, roasting, baking, and rotisserie-style cooking in a compact built-in format. Built from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, it combines a wide cooking temperature range, interior lighting, double-pane glass doors, and a rotating ceramic pizza stone for restaurant-style results in your backyard.

This oven delivers a total of 24,500 BTUs through two 8,000 BTU main burners and an 8,500 BTU back burner. It includes a 17″ rotating ceramic pizza stone, vertical rotisserie rod with drip tray and forks, two cooking racks, and a digital screen with two meat probe connections for real-time temperature monitoring. Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, with an included NG/LP orifice kit for conversion.

Installation & Use Notes
  • Confirm cut-out dimensions before building or installing.
  • The cutout dimensions create the required air gap underneath the appliance for heat management and proper airflow.
  • For built-in installations, use a non-combustible enclosure. If surrounding materials are combustible, Blaze offers an insulated jacket for this oven.
  • Maintain at least 14″ clearance from the sides and 5″ from the back to combustible materials.
  • Do not install under unprotected combustible overhead construction. A minimum 6-foot clearance is required between the countertop and overhead construction.
  • If using a vent hood, Blaze specifies a hood larger than the cooking area of the oven with a minimum of 1000 CFM for outdoor application.
  • Use a 15-amp breaker with GFI protection for the electrical system, lighting, and digital controls.
  • Make sure the selected gas type matches the installed fuel connection, regulator setup, and accessible shutoff valve.
