The Blaze 26″ Built-In Outdoor Gas Oven with Rotisserie (BLZ-LTE3OVN) is a versatile outdoor cooking appliance built for pizza baking, roasting, baking, and rotisserie-style cooking in a compact built-in format. Part of the Blaze LTE series, it pairs heavy-duty 304 stainless steel construction with a wide cooking temperature range, interior lighting, a double-pane glass door, a rotating ceramic pizza stone, and new wireless Bluetooth meat probes for restaurant-style results in your backyard.
This oven delivers a total of 24,500 BTUs through two 8,000 BTU main burners and an 8,500 BTU back burner. It includes a 17″ rotating ceramic pizza stone, a vertical rotisserie rod with drip pan and forks (rated for up to 20 lbs of meat or poultry), two cooking racks, and a digital display paired with two wireless Bluetooth meat probes for real-time, on-screen temperature monitoring. Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane.

- Confirm cut-out dimensions before building or installing.
- The cutout creates the required air gap beneath the appliance for heat management and proper airflow.
- For built-in installations, use a non-combustible enclosure. If surrounding materials are combustible, Blaze offers an insulated jacket for this oven.
- Maintain at least 18″ clearance from the sides and 18″ from the back to combustible materials (4″ to non-combustible construction).
- Do not install under unprotected combustible overhead construction. A minimum 72″ (6-foot) clearance is required between the countertop and overhead construction.
- If using a vent hood, Blaze specifies a hood larger than the cooking area of the oven with a minimum of 1000 CFM for outdoor application.
- Use a 15-amp breaker with GFI protection for the electrical system, lighting, and digital controls.
- Make sure the selected gas type matches the installed fuel connection, regulator setup, and accessible shutoff valve (Natural Gas 4″ W.C. / Liquid Propane 11″ W.C.).
Blaze warrants the stainless steel housing, burners, cooking grates, and valves for the lifetime of the original owner. Ignition, lighting, electrical, and Bluetooth components are covered for one (1) year. The oven must be registered within 30 days of purchase for the warranty to apply. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada at this time.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and orders placed before 2 PM EST start processing the same day. Orders don't process or ship on weekends or holidays, so anything placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend starts processing the next business day. In-stock items usually arrive within 3-9 business days.
Some products are made to order and take longer. When that's the case, the lead time is listed on the product page.
How does freight delivery work?
Larger items ship by freight. Here's what to expect:
- The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, Monday to Friday
- Someone 18 or older needs to be there to receive and sign for it
- Delivery is curbside, lowered by liftgate to your driveway or nearest accessible spot
- Please double check your phone number at checkout so you don't miss the carrier's call
