The Blaze 26″ Outdoor Gas Oven is built for pizza baking, roasting, baking, and rotisserie-style cooking in one appliance. It delivers a total of 24,500 BTUs through two 8,000 BTU main burners and an 8,500 BTU back burner. Cook low-and-slow at roughly 270°F or reach as high as 550°F on the dual racks, with the pizza stone surface capable of topping 700°F for crispy, restaurant-quality crusts.
- Rotating Ceramic Pizza Stone: The 17″ ceramic stone rotates at the push of a button for an even bake without hand-turning your pizza (fits up to a 16″ pie).
- Wireless Bluetooth Meat Probes: Two rechargeable, IP68 waterproof Bluetooth probes feed real-time internal temperatures straight to the oven’s digital display.
- Vertical Rotisserie: The rear rotisserie burner and vertical rod turn up to 20 lbs of meat or poultry, with an included drip pan to catch drippings.

- The Table Top Sleeve is designed for placement on a non-combustible counter or table; it is not a substitute for a built-in insulated jacket inside a combustible island.
- Maintain proper clearances to combustible materials and overhead construction per the owner’s manual.
- Use a 15-amp breaker with GFI protection for the oven’s electrical system, lighting, and digital controls.
- Make sure the selected gas type matches the installed fuel connection and regulator (Natural Gas 4″ W.C. / Liquid Propane 11″ W.C.).
- For outdoor use only. Never use charcoal or any other solid fuel in this oven.
