The Angelus 60" rectangular fire pit brings a bold, low-slung silhouette to any patio, casting a wide ribbon of flame from its 48" linear burner. Cast from GFRC concrete and rated at 65,000 BTU, it delivers serious warmth with a refined, modern profile.
Cast from glass-fiber-reinforced concrete (GFRC)—stronger and about 50% lighter than ordinary concrete—the Angelus is built to live outdoors year-round. Run it on natural gas or propane, choose from four ignition systems, and select your finish color.

Both. Each Angelus is built to order for the fuel you select—natural gas or liquid propane. Converting between fuels later is not a simple swap; it should be performed by a qualified gas professional using the correct orifice and components.
Does a gas fire pit give off real heat?
Yes. At 65,000 BTU the Angelus puts out noticeable radiant warmth across a seating area while staying cleaner and lower-maintenance than wood. It is designed as an ambient fire feature rather than a furnace-style patio heater.
Which ignition option should I choose?
Match Lit is the simplest—a manual key valve with no power required. Spark Ignition with Flame Sense adds an automatic safety shutoff if the flame is lost. Low Voltage (30VDC) and Plug & Play (110V) are electronic systems—choose 110V when a standard outlet is nearby, or 30VDC for low-voltage installs. Electronic options require electrical power at the install location.
Can I use the Angelus under a covered patio?
It is for outdoor use only and needs adequate overhead clearance and ventilation. Covered or partially enclosed installs must follow the ignition manual and local fuel-gas codes—propane in particular requires proper ventilation. When in doubt, have a licensed installer confirm clearances.
Can you roast marshmallows over it?
We do not recommend it. Sugar and food drippings can clog the burner ports and stain the fire media, affecting performance. The Angelus is built as a clean-burning decorative fire feature.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada at this time.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and orders placed before 2 PM EST start processing the same day. Orders don't process or ship on weekends or holidays, so anything placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend starts processing the next business day. In-stock items usually arrive within 3-9 business days.
Some products are made to order and take longer. When that's the case, the lead time is listed on the product page.
How does freight delivery work?
Larger items ship by freight. Here's what to expect:
- The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, Monday to Friday
- Someone 18 or older needs to be there to receive and sign for it
- Delivery is curbside, lowered by liftgate to your driveway or nearest accessible spot
- Please double check your phone number at checkout so you don't miss the carrier's call
