The American Made Grills Griddle Plate (GP-14) is a 14" × 17.5" #304 stainless steel flat-top cooking surface that replaces the cooking grate in one burner zone, giving you 212 square inches of griddle surface directly over the grill's gas burners. It expands what an AMG grill can cook — eggs, smash burgers, stir-fry, delicate seafood, and any food that falls through or doesn't perform well on open grates. Unlike most AMG accessories, the GP-14 is compatible with all American Made Grills branded series: Alturi, Atlas, Estate, Estate Freedom, Encore, and Muscle. A full-length grease trap along the griddle edge captures cooking runoff, and raised side walls keep food on the surface during active cooking.
