The American Made Grills Estate/Estate Freedom Smoker Tray (SSMK-EST) is a #304 stainless steel wood-chip smoker tray that slides between the ceramic briquettes and the cooking grates in compatible Estate/Estate Freedom series grills, adding controlled wood-smoke flavor to gas-grilled food. Fill it with soaked wood chips — hickory, apple, cherry, mesquite, or pecan — and the heat from the gas burners slowly smolders the chips while you cook. Compatible with: Estate and Estate Freedom 30" and 36" grills (EST30, EST36, EST30-FR, EST36-FR). Note: Estate 42" models include a smoker tray as standard.. Not compatible with other AMG series.
