Built and factory-tested in Huntington Beach, California, it delivers 90,000 BTU total including a 12,000-BTU rear infrared rotisserie burner across 1,100 square inches of cooking surface. The freestanding Estate ships with a complete package: red brass burners, 26,000-BTU drop-in infrared sear burner, 100-lb. rotisserie kit, stainless griddle, smoker tray, care kit, vinyl grill cover, and deluxe cart cover — all included.
