The American Made Grills Atlas 42" Built-In Gas Grill (ATS42-B) is a 49,500-BTU American-made built-in gas grill available in natural gas or propane. Three 304 stainless burners, 8mm square stainless grates, ceramic briquette tray, and dual warming racks for indirect cooking. Built in California and backed by AMG's Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty.

  • 8mm Square-Profile Stainless Grates: Unlike round-rod grates, the square cross-section creates a flat contact face against food, widening sear marks and improving heat transfer to protein surfaces.
  • Dual-Position Warming Racks: Two adjustable warming racks allow food staging at different heights — hold finished items on the upper rack while cooking on the grates below.
  • Ceramic Easy-Clean Briquette System: Briquettes absorb radiant burner heat, suppress flare-ups, and distribute heat evenly. The tray slides out for cleaning without removing grates.
  • 16,500-BTU U-Tube Burners (3 main burners): Three independent burner zones allow multi-temperature cooking across the 42" cooking surface.
  • Double-Lined Hood + Spring Assist: The 18-gauge double-lined hood prevents exterior heat discoloration and lifts easily with spring assist.
  • Interior Halogen + LED Knob Lighting: Halogen lamps illuminate the cooking surface directly; LED knob lighting makes settings visible after dark.
