Smart automation meets dramatic flame design — powered by Liquid Propane. The Tempest Lantern – 24V Electronic Ignition – Liquid Propane combines functional lighting with signature spiral flame performance. Its patented venturi burner system creates a mesmerizing flame visible through tempered glass and housed in a durable, powder-coated steel frame. The integrated 24V electronic ignition system enables remote operation via wall switch, timer, or compatible automation system.
This model connects to a hardline liquid propane supply and is not compatible with portable LP tanks. It requires a 24V transformer (sold separately). Mounting kits are also available separately for deck, wall, pillar, or in-ground installations.
Each mounting kit includes a gas shutoff valve and mounting hardware. Choose from the following (sold separately):
Wall Mount: Model 94800825 – Direct wall attachment Deck Post: Model 94800812 – 69″ post for deck installs In-Ground Post: Model 94800813 – 93″ post for soil/concrete Pillar Mount: Model 94800826 – For brick or stone columns Deck Plate Base: Model 94800821 – Required with deck post Square Post Cover: Model 94800827 – Decorative base cover️ Mounting kits must be selected as product options at checkout.
This torch requires one of the following 24V transformers (sold separately):
94800830 – Multi-Torch Transformer: Powers up to 6 torches – Range up to 1,168 ft (single torch) or ~165 ft (6 torches) 94800833 – Single Torch Transformer (NEW): Powers one torch – Range up to 95 ftEach torch draws 0.5 amps. Consult a licensed technician for proper circuit sizing and wire gauge.
